Soloinsight Welcomes Doug Greenwald Head of Growth & Commercial Strategy

CHARLESTON, SC - September 10, 2026 - Soloinsight, developer of the CloudGate Physical Identity Governance platform, today announced that Doug Greenwald has joined the company as Head of Growth & Commercial Strategy. Doug brings 20 years of experience across integrated physical security, systems integration, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS and Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM).
Across two tenures at Convergint, ranked the No. 1 systems integrator by SDM Magazine for nine consecutive years, Doug progressed from regional sales and business development into headquarters-level Digital Transformation, Advanced Solutions and Global Accounts roles. He helped shape global strategy around PIAM, insider physical/cyber risk, IoT threat detection and automated response.
He worked across customers, sellers, technology partners and executives to define use cases, buyer personas, ROI, pricing and scope, translating complex solutions into business cases capable of securing executive sponsorship and funding. The experience gave him a close view of where strong technology can still struggle when the buyer and business case are unclear.

Most recently, in senior PIAM leadership, he worked across product, engineering, marketing, operations, partners and sales to develop enterprise go-to-market strategy, strengthen the IGA and physical identity connection, and improve enterprise opportunity positioning.
As Head of Growth & Commercial Strategy, Doug will focus on Soloinsight's customers, product, sales, marketing and partner ecosystem to deliver clear differentiation, enterprise positioning, consistent market and sales messaging, and connecting physical access to the broader enterprise identity conversation for CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders and security executives.
